What is a good place to level a 15/ele/mes? I am primarily a fire elementalist.

The best place, honestly, is missions, with a side of bonus missions. The xp they give plus the progression they grant is a better investment than anything else. If you haven't ascended yet, you get 50,000 xp for doing so, and at your level, will most likely hit 20 from there.

The best place to get experience is doing quests. If you do every quest you can find, and most of the mission/bonus you should expect to hit level 20 sometime in the Maguuma jungle area. Fighting monsters is traditionally a poor way to level.

Rico said it best.

Just play the game the way you want to, and most likely you will be the level that you are "supposed" to, dont worry about getting to level 20 really quick. If I were you I would just care about making new friends (so you can quest/farm/whatever with them later), get as many skills as you can (through quests, so your not wasting money), and having fun doing the missions and bonuses (and consiquently, when you play the game through like this, you will get lots of gold and items, so when you are level 20, you will have

1) a verity of skills
2) a diversity of friends
3) a better understanding of how the game works
4) a larger collection of gold and items
5) more fun playing the game then just power-leveling (yawn)

Quests is the most reliable method unless you're a solo farmer who can work a decent level area on a consistent basis. I used to solo farm Snake Dance griffins frequently and got 368 exp per griffin killed. The exp piled up like mad. My monk now has over 3 million exp points and over 110 unused skill points.

For the record I haven't farmed in at least 2 months. I'm set for a long time and living off that.

get yerself a few scrolls, preferably the ones that last for 10 mins, gold or blue doesn't really matter, go out into elonas, and kill drakes, i did this with a guildie of mine, and i was a lvl 13 at the start of the run and finished as a lvl 16 or 17. The scrolls really helped each drake would hook up 250 or more xp and bosses more than double that, and that was with 2 people.

:::End Transmission:::

Fire elems can solo the beginning of the Kryta mission. I jumped up from lvl 14 to 18 within an hour or so.
